[TSMC 5nm plant is now produced in the first quarter of next year.] On May 27th, after the 7nm EUV process has been mass-produced, TSMC's technical focus will be on 5nm, 3nm, and other advanced chip technologies.
It is also mentioned in the report that TSMC's 5nm EUV process is progressing smoothly. They are already transferring related equipment to their Fab 18 plant and will start production in the first quarter of 2020.
