USER CLAIMS HIS SAMSUNG GALAXY S10 5G EXPLODED AND CATCH FIRE AFTER 6 DAYS OF USE

On April 30, we should remember as the day when the world’s first 5G-enabled exploded. At least, the author of the photos claims the phone in the photos is his Samsung Galaxy S10 5G. He shared four photos showing the phone is damaged and not available for use. Fortunately, the owner was not hurt.

The user said that the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G suddenly caught fire after using it for six days. He sent the smartphone to the after-sales service center. However, after the latter checked, they said that there had been a trace of ‘external damage’, so they can’t exchange it or refund. The owner explains the existence of external damage in the following way. When the phone was on fire, he was scared and dropped it on the ground. This should cause the traces. He said people can’t hold anything when it is on fire. Samsung’s after-sales center didn’t accept his poofs. So he decided to share his badexperience with other users.

For this case, Samsung Electronics officially issued a statement: ‘We got the product and completed the external inspection and X-ray inspection, but the external traces are obvious. We can’t find the product defects. It may be caused by the external impact on the smartphone.
